१.१ अघिल्लो SIP को समीक्षा
अघिल्लो विद्यालय सुधार योजना (SIP) अन्तर्गत विद्यालयले केही उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि हासिल गरेको देखिन्छ। विशेषतः विद्यालय भवनको भौतिक पूर्वाधार सुधार, शौचालय तथा खानेपानी सुविधा विस्तार, र कक्षा कोठाहरूको सुधारमा उल्लेखनीय प्रगति भएको छ। साथै, सामुदायिक सचेतना कार्यक्रमहरू तथा अभिभावक सहभागिता वृद्धिका कारण विद्यार्थीहरूको नियमित उपस्थिति दरमा पनि सकारात्मक वृद्धि देखिएको छ।
तर, यस्ता केही उपलब्धिहरू हुँदाहुँदै पनि सिकाइ नतिजामा अपेक्षित सुधार ल्याउन सकिएको छैन। अधिकांश कक्षामा विद्यार्थीहरूको शैक्षिक उपलब्धि अझै न्यून देखिएको छ, विशेषतः अंग्रेजी, गणित, र विज्ञान विषयमा। यसका प्रमुख कारणहरूमा नियमित अनुगमनको कमी, विषयगत सहजीकरणको अभाव, र विद्यार्थी केन्द्रित शिक्षण सिकाइ पद्धतिको पर्याप्त प्रयोग नहुनु रहेका छन्।
त्यसै गरी, शिक्षकहरूको पेशागत विकासका लागि आवश्यकताअनुसार तालिम तथा कार्यशाला कार्यक्रम प्रभावकारी रूपमा सञ्चालन गर्न सकिएको छैन। केही शिक्षकहरू अझै परम्परागत शिक्षण पद्धतिमा निर्भर छन्, जसले आधुनिक शिक्षण विधिको प्रभावकारिता घटाएको छ।
ICT (सूचना तथा सञ्चार प्रविधि) को प्रयोगमा पनि उल्लेखनीय सुधार देखिएको छैन। विद्यालयमा इन्टरनेट तथा कम्प्युटर जस्ता प्रविधि उपस्थित भए तापनि तिनीहरूको शैक्षिक प्रयोग न्यून छ। शिक्षक तथा विद्यार्थी दुवैमा डिजिटल सिप र अभ्यस्तताको अभाव देखिन्छ, जसले प्रविधिको प्रभावकारी उपयोगमा बाधा पुर्याएको छ।
त्यसैले, अघिल्लो SIP को कार्यान्वयनबाट केही क्षेत्रहरूमा सुधार भए पनि सिकाइ नतिजा, शिक्षक दक्षता र प्रविधि प्रयोग जस्ता महत्वपूर्ण पक्षहरूमा अझै सुधार आवश्यक छ। आगामी SIP मा यी पक्षहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिनु जरुरी देखिन्छ।

३. विद्यालयको अवस्था विश्लेषण
३.१. विद्यालयको वर्तमान अवस्था विश्लेषण
विध्यालयको शैक्षिक, भौतिक, ब्यवस्थापकीय सामाजिक तथा प्रशासनिक पक्षहरुको समग्र अध्ययन र विश्लेषण यस सुधार योजनाको आधार हो । विभिन्न सूचकहरुमा आधारित वर्तमान अवस्थाको विश्लेषणले विद्यालय सुधारका प्राथमिक क्षेत्रहरु पहिचान गर्न सहयोग पुग्छ ।
1.1 Review of the Previous SIP
Under the previous School Improvement Plan (SIP), the school achieved some notable progress. Specifically, significant improvements were made in physical infrastructure such as school buildings, expansion of toilet and drinking water facilities, and classroom renovations. In addition, community awareness programs and increased parental involvement contributed to a positive rise in student attendance rates.
However, despite these achievements, expected improvements in learning outcomes were not realized. Academic performance in most classes remains low, particularly in English, Mathematics, and Science. The main reasons include lack of regular monitoring, insufficient subject-specific facilitation, and limited use of student-centered teaching methods.
Similarly, professional development programs such as training and workshops for teachers were not effectively implemented. Some teachers still rely on traditional teaching methods, reducing the effectiveness of modern pedagogical approaches.
The use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) has also not shown significant improvement. Although internet and computers are available at the school, their educational use remains minimal. Both teachers and students lack digital skills and familiarity, which hinders effective utilization of technology.
Therefore, while the implementation of the previous SIP brought improvements in certain areas, key aspects such as learning outcomes, teacher competency, and technology integration still require further attention. These areas must be prioritized in the upcoming SIP.
